Bible Studies and Dinners Are Back!

Greetings Friends,

It’s that time again… plan to join us THIS Thursday at 6:00pm and bring a covered dish for a wonderful time of good food and fellowship. Then participate in our “Theology of Hymns” discussion. We will meet for four or five weeks. This Thursday we will look at ‘Amazing Grace’. 

Thanks to the fellowship team for planning the meal after worship yesterday. As always, we were crowded in the fellowship hall and the Sunday school room. We need more space. This coming Sunday there will be Congregational meeting to hear a report and recommendation from the Pavilion Committee. The congregation will then have a week to pray about the proposal and to ask questions before the next congregational meeting on September 27th. 

In my last church the music director always signed all her correspondence “with a song in my heart”. Music is such an important element in the worship service so I hope you will join us for this study and share what music means to you, and what hymns are close to your heart.

This is an exciting time in the life of our church so prayerfully consider how you can become more involved in our ministry.
