Marriage Service Guidelines
All marriage services at New Wappetaw are conducted under the guidance of our pastor and with the oversight of the church Session, in keeping with Presbyterian tradition (Book of Order W-4.9004).
Music Arrangements
Our pianist and choir director are available to provide music for your ceremony. Music arrangements and associated fees can be discussed directly with them to best suit your vision and needs.
Pastoral Support
To ensure your ceremony is meaningful and personal, a New Wappetaw minister or representative will be present to guide and bless your special day.
Guest Ministers
Marriages may be conducted by guest ministers if approved by the session.
Fees
Weddings for church members are a joy for us to host and carry no fee. For non-members, weddings are subject to session approval, with a $300 facility fee.
Alcohol Policy
Out of respect for our sacred space, alcohol is not permitted on church property.
