New Wappetaw participates in Walk for Water. Check out the link above to register and learn more about Water Missions and its annual event, Walk for Water. The 2025 Walk for Water event takes place 3-29-24 at Riverfront Park in North Charleston. Our group is New Wappetaw Presbyterian.  All ages are welcome! If you cannot join the walk, you please consider making a donation to this worthy cause.

Around the world, 2 billion people lack access to safe water. Millions of women and children walk more than three miles to collect water for their families every day. Often this water is not safe to drink, resulting in illness and even death. But we have the power to change this.
