What to expect
We welcome visitors and invite you to attend our worship services.
Sunday School for adults begins at 9:15. Our morning worship service begins at 10:00. Our children’s Sunday School usually starts out in worship service (in the sanctuary) where they enjoy a children’s sermon, take up a two-cents-a-meal offering (for outreach projects), and then go to their respective Sunday School classes. Children who do not wish to attend Sunday School are always welcome to stay in the sanctuary with their parents. We also have a nursery available for young children.
In addition to our regular worship service, we have very active men’s and women’s groups as well as children and adult choirs. We have outreach projects, short-term Bible Studies, bi-monthly covered dish meals, eight ministry teams, and musical performances throughout the year. Please join us!
Children’s choir: Children love to sing! NWPC has an active children’s choir which frequently performs at the beginning of church service. On performance days, these children may be asked to come to church a little early for a brief refresher practice and to put on their choir robes. This is in addition to their regular practice (times announced in church).
Music and Adult Choir: We love our music at NWPC! We’re always looking for more choir members!
Schedule
- Adult Sunday School: 9:15am
- Worship Service: 10am
- Children’s Sunday School: 10am Children start out in the regular church service (in the sanctuary), then go to their classrooms following “Time for Children” and the collection of Two-cents a meal offering.
- Communion is held the first Sunday of each month.

Our Nursery
We’re delighted to welcome even the youngest members of God’s family! Our church nursery provides a safe, nurturing environment staffed by caring individuals who have completed background checks and follow approved child-to-staff ratios. Parents can enjoy worship knowing their little ones are in good hands.
Would you like to become a caregiver? Download our background check form and turn it in to our office at your earliest convenience.
