2018 event: August 15th, 5 – 7 PM

2018 Supplies Needed (organizers would appreciate receiving supplies by June 30):
School supplies (any kind)
Clothing:
Boy’s socks: small or medium size, ankle or low cut
Girl’s socks: x-small, small, medium, large. Girls especially like socks with colors or designs.
Boy’s underwear: children’s sizes 10/12(medium) – Boxers preferred in this size;
6/8 (small), and 4/5 (x-small) – Briefs preferred in these sizes.
Girls underwear: sizes 8 – 16

General Information
Each year just before school starts, school supplies and clothing are gathered by Presbyterians of the Charleston Atlantic Presbytery. The purpose is to meet the basic needs of children while showing them Christ’s love. The New Wappetaw Presbyterian Church hosts this event for the north end of Charleston County. In addition to supplies collected by the Presbytery, our congregation also collects supplies and clothing and several local adults and children help with distribution of supplies to children who need them.
